Christina Soulioti

I have more than 15 years of experience in the field of .net ecosystem, back-end development and Web Development. I am an open-minded individual with a proven track record in .net, C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, SQL, NoSQL Databases. I am also involved in the front-end development of several web applications and have experience in javascript, Facebook's ReactJs framework.
My duties as a Team Leader include leading development processes, planning and monitoring efforts, coordination with other groups, reviewing deliverables, and communicating status with management.
Following the scrum methodologies in order to create better and faster results throughout the development process.
All of the developers in my team are adhering to the software quality standards agreed by my team and the wider development team so that work is done to the highest possible quality. Understanding and being able to talk about and explain to my team the importance of principles of good software design and development so that we are able to produce software of the highest possible quality in the fastest possible time and will be able to continue to do so in the future.
Acting as example to all the developers on my team by advocating learning and taking the time to do so myself so that they feel comfortable they can too.

My objectives are increasing my knowledge in computer science fields and new technologies especially, web development field. Always looking forward to learn new technologies and be a part of a huge change in the world.
